Shipping

All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post with tracking. Standard shipping is $15. Express shipping is $25. Local pickup in Perth is available at no charge — select "Local pickup" at checkout.

Orders are packed carefully in recycled materials. Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure. This includes items that arrive damaged or significantly different from their description.

Because each piece is handmade, minor variations in glaze, form, and colour are expected and are not grounds for a return. Please review photos carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at hello@nedevans.au within 7 days with photos and I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, consistent with ACL provisions for handmade goods.

Privacy

When you make a purchase, your name, email address, and shipping address are collected to fulfil your order. Payment is handled securely by Stripe — your card details are never stored on this site.

If you subscribe to the mailing list, your name and email are stored and used only to send notifications about new work. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Your data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required to process your order (Australia Post for shipping, Stripe for payment).
